"LIVING WITH A VIEW OF CALM"
Architecture inspired by Los Angeles
The Luxury Bosvilla in Waalre is rooted in clarity and stillness. Its design draws from the minimalist architecture of contemporary Californian villas. Horizontal volumes, generous overhangs and an open structure define a layout that is both powerful and understated.
Spatial openness and rhythm
The villa features a flowing floor plan in which living spaces transition seamlessly. Full-height glazing connects the interior to the surrounding forest and brings in soft, shifting light. Vertical wooden slats provide rhythm and privacy while maintaining a sense of openness and continuity.
Materiality as experience
The palette is intentionally minimal, yet rich in expression. White and black stucco create a crisp architectural contrast, while concrete tiles anchor the spaces with texture and calm. Wooden panels add warmth and depth, reinforcing a quiet sense of refinement and connection to nature.
